For our client – worldwide leader in innovative IT and networking technologies – we are currently looking for a Service Provider Networking Engineer
This RFP presents the overall scope of Services to be provided by partner for Cisco’s customer. The requirement is to provide Routing and Switching services for a major Service provider with a focus on Cisco hardware . The service will require deep understanding of Cisco’s ASR9K, C8K and NCS540 platforms along with the IOS-XR operating system.
The scope of the services is to accelerate projects and critical network remediations within the customers network by providing dedicated technical expertise. Working closely with the customers engineers, the incumbent will focus on SRv6 deployments and manage the full lifecycle of network migrations—from analysis and issue identification to implementation and validation—ensuring all work meets Cisco’s quality standards. This collaborative approach will streamline technical activities, reduce operational risk, and drive faster delivery of high-priority network improvements.
- Accelerate project timelines and critical network fixes by managing end-to-end migrations in collaboration with customer’s engineers.
- Lead the deployment and optimization of SRv6 technologies within customer’s network.
- Ensure high-quality outcomes through rigorous testing and validation of all implemented changes.
- Maintain project momentum by identifying and resolving technical issues within one business day.
- Provide comprehensive documentation, including migration plans and execution reports, to ensure project alignment.
