Flint is expanding worldwide, and we are happy to introduce our newest growth location in Australia. Flint Consulting Australia PTY Ltd, capable of continuing our high-quality services in the Oceania region, has now been opened.
Flint’s opening in Australia aids us in listening to customers and furthering our knowledge of global growth. By building strong connections with our clientele, our branch can understand the challenges that come with global scaling and help reduce costs and launch new services to the international market. Creating this new location benefits revenue and ensures a strong voice to work alongside to benefit relations with our customers mutually.
By leveraging our experience and expertise from our other international branches in EMEA and North America, we can help support network growth and automation, whilst having a local country manager oversee operations.
Our global knowledge and experience allow us to effectively open these new locations and fully utilise Australia’s potential. We place a high value on local presence in order to convey efficient expertise, thus having a country manager with industry knowledge will be beneficial to our success. This enables us to continue our Globally Local strategy leveraging the best practices from our existing business whilst understanding local customer requirements and cultural differences at the same time.
Gert van der Merwe and Ian Ashford will initially oversee managing this new entity, leveraging their international experience in supporting Flint’s key global customers. They will take charge of the profitable growth of Flint’s three core services, assuring high calibre execution across Learning Services, Staff Augmentation and Professional Services in Australia and continue to prioritise the importance of forming local relationships and connections to support the footprint and requirements of our global customers.
