After 20 years of servicing our customers both locally and internationally, in January 2020 a dedicated organisation was created to focus on our UK customers and market, where we have since striven to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. In February 2023 Flint UK became an employee-owned business, with a vision to be the first choice partner, providing talent and technical solutions, delivered by our empowered and passionate team. Flint UK provides two key offerings, Strategic Resourcing and Services.
Our Strategic Resourcing team have many years of experience identifying the right resource for our customers’ organisation which doesn’t just meet the skill set requirements, but they also have the soft skills and provide the right cultural fit, so they are able to be quickly integrated into their existing teams. At Flint, we take the time to ensure that these key nuances of a person are not missed through talking and interacting with our candidates during the recruitment process. Our goal is to elevate the customer and candidate experience by providing best-in-class technology-centred recruitment services. We have more than 20 years of expertise, an unrivalled network of quality candidates, and a reputation that precedes us.
Our Services organisation is multi-disciplined and works closely with our customers to provide solutions to their problems. We provide the skills and expertise to support all parts of a solution deployment lifecycle: plan, design, build, test, roll-out, migration, expansion, and decommission. We provide this flexibly to suit the customer, as consultative expertise, fixed-scope, or turn-key project delivery.
Through our commercial flexibility, we can solve client challenges, either on a day rate basis, or alternatively as a fixed price Scope of Works under the management of our Services and Support teams.

A diverse customer base spanning the largest tier 1 UK operators through to key members from within the Teleforum of Telecom Operators of Small States. Flint delivers strategic programmes around Mobile Cloud, Security and Virtualisation whilst supporting business as usual services which allows our customers to deliver existing services.
2. Software/equipment manufacturers
Flint has been supporting this market segment for more than 20 years. During this period, the industry has experienced and has had to deal with significant technology innovation and deployment challenges. Flint has been a strategic partner, supporting our customers through this changing landscape. We have done this by providing skilled teams or experienced resources to support end-customer engagements and deliver on commercial agreements.
3. Corporate and enterprise
Infrastructure and networking are the foundation and heritage of Flint and is what our business is built on. We advise, design, deploy, verify, and support multi-vendor network infrastructure solutions which supports your business-critical applications running in your private, cloud or hybrid cloud environment.

Our Strategic Resourcing team has a proven track record of helping customers deploy effective, flexible, and tailored recruitment solutions. Our RPO services are designed to scale you’re your organisation’s changing needs, allowing for both permanent and contingent adaptation as required. Professional and Managed Services
Flint’s Professional and Managed Services organisation is a multi-disciplined service delivery team who works closely with customers to provide tailored solutions to their problems. We provide the skills and expertise to support all parts of a deployment lifecycle: plan, design, build, test, roll-out, migration, expansion, support and decommission. The team is vendor agnostic and not constrained by vendor or technology, providing in-depth technical expertise augmented with capacity and specific capabilities through our Strategic Resourcing team.
Services are provided flexibly to suit requirements, whether this be consultative expertise, fixed-scope projects or turn-key service delivery. All Flint Services are underpinned by the Flint Project Office providing Programme Management, Project Management, Service Delivery Management and Governance for Flint deliverables.
The Flint PMO provides Project Management as a Service (PaaS), deployed flexibly either on a single project basis or through a PMaaS service delivery – integrated with customer teams and overseen and governed by Flint’s PMO.
