Integrating them requires specialized tools for running a modern data center at scale. On-premises systems must integrate with cloud systems, offering disaster recovery and seamless management across software, hardware, and operations. Nutanix Certification
Immediately after Cisco and Nutanix signed their partnership agreement, Flint SI engineers attended a Nutanix certification training. This training expanded Flint SI’s existing knowledge in the hyperconverged space, where our engineers have been supporting customers since the company’s inception over five years ago.
The first training only started the process. To fully establish the Flint SI Data Center team as experts in the Nutanix solution, certification was necessary. Initially, everyone passed the following trainings:
Enterprise Cloud Administration (ECA): An introductory self-paced training featuring an overview of the Nutanix portfolio and the basics of Nutanix operations. The training also touches on the names of different Nutanix Cloud Platform (NCP) services and their functions.
Nutanix Certified Professional – Nutanix Multicloud Infrastructure (NCP-MCI): A Nutanix certification-based intermediate training covering the day-to-day Nutanix operations, routine tasks inside the Nutanix ecosystem, as well as the ability to effectively remediate infrastructure alerts.
Nutanix Certified Professional – Nutanix Core (NCSE-Core): An expert-level Nutanix certification that focuses on designing and implementing Nutanix solutions and deepens the knowledge of the solution capabilities, troubleshooting, and operation.
Nutanix Certified Professional – Nutanix Unified Storage (NCP-US): NCP-US is a storage-oriented Nutanix certification, focusing on the NAS and S3 capabilities of the Nutanix Cloud platform and provides knowledge of management, operation, installation and maintenance of Nutanix Unified Storage technologies: Files, Objects, and Volumes, The certification assures that NUS installations will be performant, resilient and configured according to the highest standards.
This Nutanix certification set allows Flint SI engineers to confidently design and deploy Nutanix solutions, with an understanding of the customer needs, as well as day-to-day tasks.
