In addition to our traditional strategic resourcing services, Flint Consulting Inc. has specific expertise in Enterprise and Service Provider Network architecture design and management. This supported by our international business allows for greater access to specialised skills and the ability to flex up and down to cater for customer demand. This ability to leverage international delivery centres also allows us to recognise cost effective delivery models from countries such as Slovenia where our Software Centre of Excellence is situated. We have already seen a notable increase in demand for IT professionals and project managers in North America as the covers are being taken off new projects in this post covid world and the build-out of fibre to support this increased level of capacity increases in pace. Our teams in Canada and the USA are working closely with our key customers to not only fill open positions but also search for alternative, cost-effective delivery models to ensure consistent service uninterrupted delivery and enhanced customer experience.

More than two decades of experience in the ICT industry has seen Flint build strong partnerships with global service providers and vendors, many of them with headquarters in Canada and the United States. Our North American team is focusing on deepening those already strong ties to ensure we continue to accelerate their drive for new technology adoption understanding that their success is directly linked to ours. Our learning and development services have specifically supported this initiative providing content creation, training, and enablement for these vendors and creating a unique professional services team within Flint that is not only academically excellent, working directly with the business units of these vendors, but also practically experienced, as we use the same team to deploy earlier adoption projects.
