The LevelUp+ Regional Delivery Support role is designed to support technical inquires for the Firewall upgrade program. This role is situated between the CX Delivery Teams and Partner community supporting the tools associated with upgrading customers Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) devices and Firepower Management Center (FMC). The objective is to maintain a tracker for all defects and bugs, quality control and providing remediation for reporting and automation tooling.
What You’ll Do
The Support Engineer is the connection to internal and external customers, which builds effective working relationships while solving their issues, managing expectations, and leaving the customer feeling valued.
- Support users utilizing the custom application designed to assist in Firewall upgrades
- Fielding inquiries and issues on a custom application
- Identifying and filing defects / bugs against the custom application
- Perform quality control and monitoring of custom application
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Firewall Support, Firewall Administration, Cisco Firewall Knowledge
- Basic Automation Knowledge, Rest API, GitLab navigation
- Managing and tracking field inquiries for completion
- Strong English fluency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good to Have
- Cisco Firepower threat defense knowledge
- Experience with Firewall Upgrade procedures and MOPs
- Handling Customer Escalations
- 3 to 5 years of experience
