The Role
As a CX Service Provider Network Engineer at Flint, you will play a key role in helping customers adopt and optimize networking solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing technical expertise and leadership in designing, deploying, and operating modern Service Provider networks. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects, lead teams, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive business success.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored networking solutions.
- Design, implement, and optimize Service Provider network architectures.
- Lead project delivery from requirement gathering to production deployment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to teams.
- Support pre-sales activities and translate business needs into solution designs.
- Assist with integration and implementation of tools, systems, and service assurance for networking technologies.
Who You Are
- A technical leader with 10+ years of experience in Service Provider networking.
- Skilled in network transformation, consulting, and automation.
- Experienced with Cisco routers and switches, including IOS and IOS-XR.
- Strong background in Service Provider network architecture, MPLS, IPv6, and Segment Routing.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of addressing senior leadership and customers.
- Passionate about technology and eager to learn and grow.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Cisco ASR9K and NCS platforms.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Perl).
- Cisco certifications (CCIE, CCNP, CCNA, DEVASC) are a plus.
