We are seeking a Senior Consulting Engineer with strong expertise in wireless networking to design, deploy, and optimize enterprise-grade Wi-Fi solutions. You will lead project delivery, support pre-sales initiatives, conduct network audits, and act as a trusted advisor for customers across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement wireless network solutions, creating high- and low-level designs, integration plans, and assessment reports.
- Lead pre-sales engagements, promoting wireless solutions and technical value propositions.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and partners to develop complex network designs across verticals such as banking, healthcare, industrial, and manufacturing.
- Conduct wireless network audits, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Build strong relationships with customers by delivering technical advisory and driving technology adoption.
- Travel internationally up to 40% of the time to support customer projects.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in wireless and networking environments.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and auditing IP-based networking solutions.
- Proven customer-facing consulting experience.
- Strong experience with large wireless network deployments in sectors such as Enterprise, Banking, Manufacturing, and Warehousing.
Technical Skills
- Expert-level knowledge in WLAN design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with RF site survey tools such as Ekahau, AirMagnet, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise Wireless LAN Controllers, Access Points, and network management platforms.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and best practices.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and business-level French is a plus.
- Strong consulting, client-facing, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
Certifications
- Professional or expert-level wireless certifications are required (e.g., CCIE Wireless or equivalent).
- CWNP certifications are a plus.
