For their offices in London we are currently looking for a: Customer Service & Support Representative/Returns Specialist
Please note this is a full-time contract for 12 months (prolongation might be possible).

Our client is seeking a hard-working and collaborative Returns Specialist to join their Operations team in London. This role involves processing return transactions, authorizing return requests, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process returns transactions of incoming equipment from our warehouses.
- Authorize incoming return requests based on company policies.
- Research outlier cases and coordinate with account executives for higher-level approvals.
- Communicate with customers, partners, and distributors about returns logistics, credit processing, and exception cases.
- Coordinate with support techs, product management, sales executives, and administrators to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist customers and collaborate with sales teams.
- Work with Meraki dashboards.
- Utilize critical thinking and communication skills.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of transactional operations experience or 2 years of clerical or administrative experience in detail-oriented fields (medicine or law).
- Familiarity with RMA procedures, data entry, and invoice auditing.
- Customer service background, especially handling returns.
- Excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and ERP systems (Dynamics GP, Oracle, etc.).
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
