Required Qualifications and Skills
Overall
Expertise: The Resident Engineer will provide specialized knowledge and hands-on support, ensuring the successful deployment and operation of Cisco solutions.
Customer Satisfaction: Dedicated on-site support will enhance the customer experience and strengthen the partnership
Technical Expertise
- Strong foundation in Cisco and Juniper switching and data centre technologies.
- Experience with VXLAN EVPN architecture (design, testing, and implementation).
- Knowledge of Cisco MPLS and Service Provider networking.
- Familiarity with DC gateway functions on Cisco routers.
Certifications
- Relevant Cisco and/or Juniper certifications are a plus.
Soft Skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
