
Our client, the global technology leader that designs, manufactures, and sells networking hardware, telecommunications equipment, and other high-technology services and products to power the internet and connect people and devices securely, is currently looking for a: Project Manager/Community Impact Operations Coordinator – Partnering for Purpose
The Community Impact Operations Coordinator will play a key role in organizing and managing the Partnering for Purpose initiative, supporting the programme lead to ensure smooth and efficient execution, growth, and traction. This role involves close collaboration with internal sales teams, partners, customers, and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the programme lead in deploying and executing the initiative.
- Align with stakeholders on objectives.
- Work with communications and marketing teams to drive awareness.
- Collaborate with the development team on digital platforms.
- Oversee high-quality content creation.
- Organize and manage meetings and events.
- Implement project management best practices.
- Build project plans and define objectives and milestones.
- Track and update project tasks using tools like Airtable, SharePoint, and Qualtrics.
- Manage Purchase Orders (POs), cross charges, and invoices.
- Help define programme parameters and future direction.

Requirements:
- Available for a 12-month minimum contract.
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in programme/project management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience in diverse environments.
- Comfortable using online tools and platforms.
- Capable of managing global projects with virtual teams.
- Ability to work across global time zones, especially PST.
- Strong design, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a changing environment.
