Product Manager

For our client, we are currently seeking a Product Manager.

Location: Fully remote (based in Poland)

*we are looking for candidates who are open to work US business hours

Customer Experience Product Manager is an exciting opportunity where you will help and define the overarching business model, offer and capabilities of Transactional Lifecycle Services. Working in the role, you will help to create and integrate a comprehensive, scalable, and repeatable offer for our acquisition.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Understand Cisco’s Advanced Services business across all offer lines.
  • Help define CX PM Strategy and owning roadmap development.
  • Help manage the portfolio requirements and assure services are meeting Cisco product strategy.
  • Analyse metrics to develop compelling business case and measure existing offers against business goals.
  • Investigate market trends, develop competitive analysis. Articulate and document on-line requirements, and service design.
  • Partner heavily with cross functional teams to ensure that new services offers are developed with necessary capabilities.
  • Maintain up-to-date marketing collaterals and technical details.
  • Develop and conduct streamlined process to enable migration of existing offers to new services offers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a service product manager or product manager
  • A solid understanding of Cisco Services Portfolio
  • Strong organizational, investigative, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Works independently with limited supervision on routine tasks
  • Strong business and technical writing skills
  • 5+ years of Product Management Experience, ideally in Services

Our client aims to maximize their coverage in the United States, thus necessitating candidates to be available from start time between 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, concluding around 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
