Responsibilities
- Understand and assess customer project needs effectively.
- Assist in scoping meetings and develop accurate statements of work.
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot security solutions.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for customer staff.
- Resolve technical escalations and interface with customers and teams.
- Ensure project documents are accurate and complete.
- Continuously develop knowledge and skills in relevant technologies.
- Mentor new hires and contribute to professional services collateral.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in LAN/WAN/Internet consulting or administration as well as experience with network security technologies.
- Strong knowledge of 3rd party network or security solutions.
- Scripting or development skills desirable.
- Excellent presentation and technical documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and timelines.
- Flexible working hours and positive customer service attitude.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Fluency in English and German.
