Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expertise in preparing equipment configurations, validating configurations for new installations, implementing changes within the network, and conducting software upgrades.
- Develop and maintain fault diagnosis procedures to facilitate effective fault resolution and contribute to the health assessment of network-related testing.
- Develop and maintain network operational support procedures to ensure seamless network operations.
- Contribute to implementation, integration, and migration planning. Conduct validation testing and troubleshoot network issues as they arise.
- Facilitate ongoing, informal knowledge transfer related to Juniper products within the team.
- Act as a technical liaison with client engineering and customer service teams. Assist with open trouble ticket cases and submit problem reports.
- Provide advice and, if necessary, demonstrate new software updates and hardware features.
Skills and Experience:
- Very good knowledge of the telecommunications environment.
- Possess hands-on experience with Juniper technologies.
- Previous experience in a similar role minimum 3 years.
- Demonstrate the ability to produce ad-hoc written summary reports on equipment and network problems, equipment test plans and results, feature and functionality test plans, network diagrams, operations and support procedures.
- Strong command of the English and German language and excellent communication skills.
