High Touch Engineer

For our client – worldwide leader in innovative IT and networking technologies – we are currently looking for a: High Touch Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Engineer to help customers optimize network performance, ensuring seamless functionality and business continuity. This role requires working in a dynamic, high-impact environment as a technical expert and trusted advisor. You’ll address escalated issues, propose innovative solutions, and foster long-term client relationships through strong communication and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of customer networks, key sites, and operational procedures.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for escalated issues to restore services efficiently.
  • Provide network-level support for critical outages and complex technical problems.
  • Develop and maintain strong technical relationships to support network operations.
  • Conduct on-site visits and support during maintenance windows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service requests and recurring network issues.
  • Deliver root cause analyses and comprehensive reports, including recommendations for preventative actions.
  • Analyze trends to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Support escalation management and assist in customer-specific technical matters.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Over 5 years of customer-facing experience, with a proven ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and expertise in network operations.
  • Ability to analyze and report on the business impact of technical issues.
  • Hands-on experience with proactive and reactive network support activities.
  • Proficiency in technologies such as Routing & Switching (R&S), Data Center (DC), ACI, and Nexus.
  • Certifications such as CCIE (preferred) or CCNP.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site support.
