Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled contractor to support our operations team with Excel-driven analysis, sales operations, deal management, sales credit and account assignments. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Excel Management: Perform advanced data analysis, reporting, and modeling using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, etc.).
- Sales Operations Support: Ensure smooth processing of deals and transactions within the company’s systems.
- Deal Management: Track, analyze, and validate deal structures to ensure compliance with the company’s guidelines.
- Sales Credit Account Assignment: Accurately process and manage sales credit allocations.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to streamline deal approvals and ensure accurate forecasting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Experience with Cisco operations (preferred but not mandatory).
- Background in deal management, sales forecasting, or finance.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Experience
- Prior work in Cisco-related operations or similar technology companies.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Oracle, or similar).
- Background in finance, sales operations, or business analysis.
