
We are looking for a Customer Delivery Engineering Technical Leader to drive complex solution delivery, provide expert escalation support, mentor technical teams, and influence the design and serviceability of network products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer delivery projects and resolve escalations for large-scale and complex technical challenges.
- Mentor, coach, and develop technical teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Build simulations and test environments to validate and troubleshoot complex compatibility and product issues.
- Design and disseminate intellectual property, technical collateral, training, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to drive product enhancements and serviceability improvements.
- Plan, design, install, configure, and optimize networking and service solutions based on customer requirements.
- Support pre-sales engagements by translating business needs into technical solution designs.
Scope
- Work closely with customers, internal engineering, senior leadership, partners, and field teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
Complexity
- Recognized technical expert across multiple technologies, applying broad industry knowledge to solution design and problem resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of relevant experience in network engineering or technical consulting roles.
Certifications
- Professional networking certification required (equivalent to CCNA level).
- Pursuing or holding an expert-level certification (equivalent to CCIE) is strongly preferred.
