
For our client – worldwide leader in innovative IT and networking technologies – we are currently looking for a: Customer Delivery Engineering Technical Lead
Responsibilities
- Lead customer delivery engagements and provide technical escalation support for complex issues.
- Drive customer technology transitions, influencing solution designs and services.
- Build simulations to resolve complex compatibility challenges.
- Develop and share technical collateral, documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Mentor and guide team members to grow technical capabilities.
- Collaborate across teams to address and resolve advanced technical challenges.
Key Contributions
- Actively contribute to customer problem resolution, engineering collaboration, innovation, and team development.
- Create and share intellectual capital (e.g., training, technical content, scripts, software assets).
- Collaborate with engineering to address serviceability issues and drive resolutions.
- Translate business requirements into solution designs and support presales activities.
Requirements
- Strong background in architecting and maintaining MPLS transport networks and devices (e.g., ASR9K, NCS platforms).
- Expertise in IOS-XR, MPLS, OSPF, ISIS, BGP, and QoS, with familiarity in NXOS and ACI platforms.
- Skilled in developing HLDs, LLDs, and other project lifecycle documentation.
- Proven ability to lead technical project teams, customer discussions, and resolve project risks.
- BS in a technical field (or equivalent) and 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of network management, monitoring, and provisioning tools.
