Key Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing, and optimizing networking solutions for customer projects
- Working closely with customers to plan, configure, and troubleshoot networking solutions
- Assisting with the integration and deployment of network automation and service assurance tools
- Supporting pre-sales activities by translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Creating customer-focused documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing content
- Building and testing customer simulations to validate network solutions and resolve complex issues
- Aligning technical deliverables with business outcomes to drive customer success
- Supporting technology transitions and influencing solution architectures and services
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience working with service provider networks
- Knowledge of key service provider technologies (e.g., Internet, Triple Play, L3VPN, L2VPN)
- Basic understanding of mobility networks and data center architectures
- Hands-on experience with networking devices running IOS XR or IOS XE
- Proficiency in writing scripts (Python, shell scripts, or other languages)
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting BGP/MP-BGP, ISIS, OSPF, MPLS, and QoS
- Familiarity with multicast networking solutions
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
Soft Skills
- Proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
- Strong communication, consulting, and client-facing skills
- Self-motivated, innovative thinker with a collaborative mindset
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Passionate about continuous learning and keeping up with new technologies
Desired Skills
- Experience with service migrations and router upgrades
- Knowledge of advanced networking solutions such as EVPN, RON, MVPN, and Segment Routing
- CCNP or CCIE certification is a plus
