We are seeking a Consulting Engineer with strong expertise in Data Center technologies to support design, implementation, and optimization projects for enterprise customers. You will contribute to customer engagements, troubleshoot medium-complexity issues, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, configure, and troubleshoot Data Center solutions for client environments.
- Assist with pre-sales activities by translating business requirements into technical designs.
- Build and use lab environments to validate solutions and resolve technical issues.
- Create and deliver technical documentation (e.g., High Level Designs, Low Level Designs, migration plans).
- Support customer technology transitions and ensure technical outcomes align with business goals.
- Assist in the integration and deployment of service assurance tools and platforms.
- Provide knowledge transfer and technical mentorship where needed.
Scope
- Collaborate with technical teams, project stakeholders, and occasionally with customers.
- Provide technical support and resolution during customer engagements.
Complexity
- Solve moderately complex technical problems using defined procedures and practices.
- Exercise judgment in analyzing situations and proposing appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in networking or Data Center environments.
- Strong knowledge of Data Center technologies, particularly in Cisco ACI solutions.
- Familiarity with integration, migration, and optimization of Data Center infrastructures.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of routing, switching, and network design principles.
- Hands-on experience with ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) deployments.
- Ability to create technical documentation and present technical solutions clearly.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Certifications
- CCNP-level certification required.
- CCIE Data Center certification preferred.
