Responsibilities
- Design and optimize Collaboration solutions
- Leads customer delivery engagements and/or provides escalation support for large-scale solutions and complex issues through deep technical expertise.
- Engage in custom engineering projects to meet unique client requirements.
- Drive innovation in Unified Communications and Mobile solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Contribute to the enhancement of Cloud-based collaboration platforms.
- Provide expertise in Conferencing, IM, Social, and other collaboration domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and optimize video solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Cisco technologies.
Requirements
- A university degree in a technical field (CS/EE preferred) or equivalent of 6+ years of related experience.
- Proven experience with Collaboration and related technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of Video, Unified Communications, Mobile, and Customer/Contact Center solutions.
- Strong background in custom engineering and validation processes.
- Familiarity with Cloud-based collaboration platforms.
- Cisco certifications (e.g., CCIE) are highly desirable.
- Fluency in Turkish and English language.
- Effective communication skills.
